Huayang (Hong Kong) Shipping Co., Ltd. was established in February 2013 in Hong Kong as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Huayang Group, providing comprehensive shipping services. The company adheres to a market-oriented, international, and standardized development approach, leveraging a professional and experienced team to actively expand its business.

Relying on the overall development plan of the Huayang Group, the company supports and services the Group’s shipping industry chain. It engages in a variety of services, including shipping operations, ship management, crew manning, and the development and promotion of technological innovation projects. Additionally, the company can design and customize professional services according to client requirements to ensure complete satisfaction.

The company actively collaborates with the industry management departments of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government to explore mutually beneficial and pragmatic measures, contributing to the high-quality development of Hong Kong's shipping industry. Huayang (Hong Kong) also participates in industry organizations such as BIMCO, the Hong Kong Shipowners Association, and the Hong Kong Seamen's Union. Through these associations, the company engages in extensive exchanges, discusses common concerns, expands the Group’s international standing, relationships, and expertise, and keeps abreast of significant changes in the shipping environment.

Shipping Operations Services:

Hong Kong is a renowned international shipping center, attracting shipowners, cargo owners, and traders, with a thriving shipping service industry, excellent communication systems, a comprehensive legal framework, and strong judicial support. Huayang (Hong Kong) offers clients a full range of professional services, including ship management, ship brokerage, shipping finance, marine insurance, and maritime law services.

Ship Management Services:

Hong Kong is the world’s fourth-largest ship registry, following Panama, Liberia, and the Marshall Islands. As of 2023, ships registered with the Hong Kong Shipping Registry total 127 million gross tons. Huayang (Hong Kong) provides Hong Kong-flagged ship management services, primarily involving the maintenance of flag state certificates for Hong Kong-flagged ships, registration/deregistration/change of ownership, handling of CBA affairs, and the dispatch of Hong Kong-registered seafarers.
