We collaborate with domestic maritime academies to promote various cadetship programs. Over the past three years, we have recruited approximately 1,000 student seafarers.

We partner with renowned domestic and international shipping companies to train Chinese seafarers for specialized vessels such as LNG carriers.

We implement special initiatives focused on the care and well-being of seafarers.

We equip vessels with systems to monitor the physical and mental health of seafarers in real-time.

We organize diverse activities to enhance seafarers' sense of honor, belonging, and accomplishment, such as the Huayang Outstanding Seafarer Selection, seafarer welfare activities, and seafarer knowledge seminars.

We facilitate the collective membership of 2,000 seafarers in the China Maritime Institute, broadening their channels for solidifying maritime knowledge.
