Shipping service overview

Huayang has established a comprehensive shipping industry chain that encompasses various sub-sectors such as shipping operations, ship management, crew dispatch and services, crew training, and ship agency, providing clients with all-around solutions.

Shipping operations are the core business of Huayang's maritime industry. Based in Beijing, Hong Kong, Singapore, and other locations, Huayang serves domestic and international clients by offering transportation for commodities like coal, grain, ore, fertilizer, steel, and complete automobiles along China's coastline and across international ocean routes. With a global reach, Huayang's fleet maintains a good reputation and competitive edge in the market, leveraging its own ship management and crew resources. Currently, Huayang operates 13 vessels of various types, including heavy lift ships, timber ships, car carriers, and bulk carriers ranging from Handysize to Kamsarmax.

Ship management is a significant part of Huayang's maritime business. With a high-quality crew, extensive experience in ship management, a comprehensive global emergency network, and a robust safety and quality management system, Huayang offers leading third-party ship management services for bulk cargo, oil tankers, chemical vessels, container ships, and official scientific research vessels. Huayang's ship management has passed safety audits and certifications by maritime authorities from multiple countries and stands as an influential third-party ship management organization in China. It currently manages over 160 vessels.

Crew labor services are Huayang's traditional strength. In close collaboration with over a hundred renowned shipowners worldwide, Huayang was among the first in China to be certified by DNV, the Norwegian classification society for crew staffing. It is one of China's largest, most widely networked, and fastest-growing international seafarer dispatch organizations, with annual deployments reaching tens of thousands of crew members.

Huayang boasts a well-equipped crew training center within the country and has established a comprehensive crew management system. By enhancing professional quality, it improves the overall capabilities and international competitiveness of its crew, earning favorable recognition.

Ship agency is an essential component of Huayang's maritime industry. The joint venture with Norway's Wilhelmsen Group, known as Wilhelmsen Huayang, has grown into one of the larger joint-venture ship agency companies in China, handling more than 4,000 vessel arrivals annually.

Huayang will continue to integrate its own shipping industry chain resources to provide "one-stop" maritime services to clients, creating value for them.
