Recently, in a bid to effectively ease the workrelated pressure of frontline crew members and help them refresh physically and mentally, as well as further enhance the sense of belonging and wellbeing of seafarers and their families, Huayang launched a special recuperation activity for the Wanhai Fleet at its Luoyang Base.
This event brought together representatives from the Wanhai Shipowner side, captains, deck officers, engineers, key frontline crew and other outstanding seafarer delegates, accompanied by their family members. Integrating leisure recuperation, redthemed education, maritimeindustry salons and shipownercrew exchanges, the activity served as a communication bridge between the company, the shipowner and frontline seafarers. It has effectively strengthened mutual ties, facilitated experiencesharing and promoted joint development for all parties.
To balance crew recuperation needs and leisure experience for accompanying family members, customized recreational programmes were arranged for relatives, enabling them to fully experience the thoughtful care from the company and fostering a warm and harmonious team atmosphere.
The successful conclusion of this recuperation activity marks a vivid practice of Huayang’s peopleoriented corporate values.
