HMC Establishes Customer Service Center and Publishes Contact Information

Huayang Maritime Center Co., Ltd. (HMC) has been trusted and supported by clients, business partners and seafarers for over 30 years. To better understand their feedback and enhance our service quality, HMC established its Customer Service Center (the Center) in early 2025, which is now officially operational.

We highly treasures and values your suggestion, proposals, criticism and ideas regarding our services. By identifying our service defects and continuously improving, we aim to provide a better service experience for all. While promising strict confidentiality from the respondents, the Center will collect feedback through phone interviews, face-to-face meetings, seminars, surveys, and AI analysis.
