On January 24th, the 7,500 CEU LNG dual-fuel RoRo ship TING JIANG KOU, which was built by Xiamen Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as XSI) for the Bank of Communications Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as BoCom Leasing), was named and delivered in Xiamen. Both the ship management and manning of this vessel are entrusted to Huayang Maritime Center Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Huayang). TING JIANG KOU is the second LNG dual-fuel RoRo Ship taken over by HMC Shipmanagement.
As a LNG-powered post-Panamax RoRo ship, TING JIANG KOU is 199.9 meters long, 38 meters wide, with a depth of 14.8 meters and a designed draft of 8.65 meters. It is equipped with an LNG dual-fuel main engine, a single bow thruster, and an electric RoRo system. With 13 vehicle decks and 7,500 standard parking spots, including four liftable decks, the vessel can accommodate a variety of vehicles such as passenger cars, trucks and construction machinery.
