In the keynote speech session, General Manager Li liqian delivered a speech named Resilient Organizations and Intelligent Tools Empowering Ship Management in the New Era. He pointed out that the shipping industry is facing multiple challenges such as the adjustment of the global trade pattern, and the resilience of ship management refers to "the anti-fragile capability to learn from fluctuations and emerge stronger after shocks". By building a complete training chain covering "trainees, seafarers and employees", extending full-industry-chain services for shipping, and applying intelligent tools to early warn potential faults, HMC has proactively advanced strategic transformation and enhanced its market adaptability and competitiveness. General Manger Li liqian emphasized that HMC will take resilient organizations and intelligent tools as its two wings to continuously empower the shipping industry to sail toward a more efficient, green and intelligent future.

As an important exchange platform in the field of ship management, the forum attracted more than 300 experts from well-known domestic and international shipping groups, as well as sectors including ship management, classification societies, inspection and testing, shipping broker, financial leasing and shipping media. Meanwhile, it provided more cross-boundary thinking and collaboration space for the industry in terms of technological upgrading, operational optimization and compliance governance.
